Gladys Sanchez is the founder and owner of LVB BodySculpt & MedSpa. Her vision for LVB was rooted in a simple belief: every client deserves a positive, individualized experience that prioritizes comfort, confidentiality, and results. Under her leadership, LVB has become a trusted destination for lymphatic massage, aesthetics, and medical wellness in the Westchester region.

Dr. Mrudangi Thakur

Dr. Mrudangi Thakur serves as the Medical Director of LVB MedSpa, providing board-certified medical oversight for all treatments and protocols. She is a board-certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with practices in Jefferson Valley and Middletown, NY. Her partnership with LVB ensures that every client receives care that meets the highest clinical and safety standards.

Please note: surgical procedures and injectables are performed at Dr. Thakur's separate private practice — not at LVB MedSpa.

Rosaura Loaiza, RN

Rosaura Loaiza is a Registered Nurse and LVB's specialist in lymphatic massage — with over 25 years of expertise in manual lymphatic drainage, post-surgical recovery, and therapeutic bodywork. She is the primary provider for all lymphatic massage services at LVB, including post-op recovery, chronic disease MLD, facial lymphatic drainage, and sinus drainage therapy.

Her gentle, expert technique has helped hundreds of clients recover faster, reduce swelling, and achieve better surgical outcomes.

Julianna Santha

Julianna Santha is a licensed Medical Esthetician specializing in advanced facial treatments and skin care. She provides LVB's customized facial services, tailoring each treatment to the client's individual skin needs at the time of the session. Her expertise in skin analysis, laser aesthetics, and therapeutic skincare ensures every facial is a personalized, results-driven experience.
